Yes. We take walk-ins without a booking, and a lot of our work happens that way. What we cannot promise is that a seat is free at the moment you arrive, which is why we ask everyone to message first.

Often, yes. Flash, small pieces, lettering and simple custom work can usually be fitted into a day when we have room. Larger or heavily detailed custom pieces need drawing time first, so those get booked rather than walked in.

You are welcome to knock on the door. But the studio can be full, and there is no way to see that from outside. Two minutes on WhatsApp is the difference between a wasted trip and a confirmed time.

Message us on WhatsApp with your idea, the size in centimetres, the placement and when you would like to come. We answer during opening hours with what is actually open, plus an estimate.

Sometimes, but it needs more planning than one person walking in: two seats have to be free at the same time. Tell us how many of you are coming in the first message and we will work it out.

Please do. A reference image, a rough sketch or even a clear description is enough to start from. We will tell you what works at the size and placement you want, and what does not: some designs need to be larger than people expect if they are still going to read in five years.

Yes, and it is the fastest way into a walk-in slot, because the drawing already exists. Send us a screenshot of the one you want and we will check what is open today.

Fine line, blackwork, lettering and small pieces. If you want something outside that, write to us anyway — we will say honestly if it is not our thing, and point you at someone rather than take it on.

Four things move the number: the size, how much detail is in the drawing, where it sits on the body, and how long it takes in the chair. A simple five-centimetre outline and a heavily shaded five-centimetre piece are not the same job.

Send your idea, a rough size in centimetres and the placement, and you will get an estimate before you come in.

Because any number we published would be wrong for most people who read it. A list either quotes the cheapest possible version of a piece, which sets you up for a surprise in the studio, or the most expensive, which sends you somewhere else for no reason.

An estimate on your actual idea takes us a couple of minutes and is worth more than a page of numbers.

Usually between twenty minutes and an hour, including the stencil and setting up. Allow a little more than the tattooing itself: getting the placement right is worth the extra ten minutes, and it is the part you cannot redo.

Photo ID: you need to be at least 18. Eat something beforehand, skip alcohol the night before, and wear clothes that give easy access to the area being tattooed.

Sleep helps more than people think. Arriving hungover and on an empty stomach is the reason most people feel faint in the chair.
