The studio
Leva Tattoo is on Dessewffy utca in District VI, a few minutes from Nyugati. Walk-in tattoos, flash designs and custom work, in a room that stays clean and unhurried.
We're new, and we'd rather earn the reputation than claim it. Every piece gets the same preparation whether it takes twenty minutes or three hours: single-use needles, sealed equipment, and a design we're willing to put our name on.
Planning something bigger? Message us and we'll set up a design session first. That work doesn't get rushed into an afternoon.
Before you come
Our day fills as it goes. An artist free at 11:00 can be booked by noon, and we'd rather tell you that now than have you cross the city for nothing.
Message us and you'll get a straight answer about today, plus an estimate for your piece. Every tattoo is different — there is no price list that would tell you anything useful before we see what you want.

Small piecesNames, dates, quotes, script. Bring the exact wording, spelled the way you want it on your skin.
Lettering workYour own idea, drawn for you. Small and medium pieces often fit into the same day; bigger work starts with a design session.

Questions
Yes, that is what we are set up for. The catch is capacity: some days there is space from opening, some days there is none left by noon. Message us before you set off and we will tell you honestly what is open. It takes two minutes and saves you a trip across the city.
Often, yes. Flash designs, small pieces, lettering and simple custom work can usually be fitted into a day when we have room. Larger or heavily detailed custom pieces need drawing time first, so those get booked rather than walked in.
There is no price list, because there is no such thing as a standard tattoo. Four things move the number: the size, how much detail is in the drawing, where it sits on the body, and how long it takes in the chair. A simple five-centimetre outline and a heavily shaded five-centimetre piece are not the same job.
Send your idea, a rough size in centimetres and the placement, and you will get an estimate before you come in.
Please do. A reference image, a rough sketch or even a clear description is enough to start from. We will tell you what works at the size and placement you want, and what does not: some designs need to be larger than people expect if they are still going to read in five years.
Usually between twenty minutes and an hour, including the stencil and setting up. Allow a little more than the tattooing itself: getting the placement right is worth the extra ten minutes, and it is the part you cannot redo.
Photo ID: you need to be at least 18. Beyond that, eat something beforehand, skip alcohol the night before, and wear clothes that give easy access to the area being tattooed.
Yes. English and Hungarian, both fine. Write to us in whichever you prefer.
